Randal James “Randy” Phillips, 35, of Cedar Hill died Jan. 24, 2022, at his home. Mr. Phillips was a software developer and was active in the video game community. Born April 6, 1986, in St. Louis, he was the son of Katherine (Tessmer) and Roger Phillips Sr. of Cedar Hill.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four siblings: Roger Jr. (Cathy), Kelly (Gerald), Karen (Bob) and Ray; a niece: Carol; two nephews: Dorian and Sebastian; and his cat, Felicity.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at the funeral home, officiated by Father Dennis Schmidt. Burial is in the Park Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
