Paul L. Waugh, 62, of Valles Mines died Dec. 6, 2021, at his home. Mr. Waugh was a retired truck driver and worked in road maintenance at Lake Timberline. He grew up in Arnold and attended schools in the Fox C-6 School District. Born Feb. 2, 1959, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Lester and Dorothy Waugh.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Waugh; and his brother: Alan Waugh.
He is survived by a son: Russell A. Waugh; a daughter: Jeanette L. Waugh; five grandchildren: Thomas, Marley Jo, Angela, Alisha and Daniel Waugh; a brother: Russell L. (Sallie) Waugh; and four nieces and nephews: Keith, Becca, Leslie and Christopher Waugh.
Private services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
