Patricia Ann (Gray) Leutzinger, 84, Waterloo, Ill.

Patricia Ann (Gray) Leutzinger, 84, of Waterloo, Ill., died Aug. 31, 2021, in Waterloo, Ill. Ms. Leutzinger was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crystal City and received pastoral care from SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo, Ill. Born Feb. 3, 1937, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Ulla Samuel and Mary Lucille (Robart) Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband: Walter Earl Leutzinger.

She is survived by three children: Kurt Andrew Leutzinger, Randall Dean Leutzinger and Jayne Marie (Allen) Rickard; five grandchildren: Shannon Marie (Jason Ihlenfeldt) Leutzinger, Sydney Renee Leutzinger, Patricia Ann (John) Bievenue, Lisa Marie Becker and Sarah Marie (Jimmy) Davis; three great-grandchildren: Ty Michael Bievenue, Anna Marie Gerstner and Leland Michael Leutzinger; a brother: Charles Frederick “Fred” (Sharon) Gray; three nieces: Lisa Ann (Phil) Rothweiler, Denise Renee (Kurt) Kramer and Donna Raye (Steve) Lake; great nieces; and great nephews.

She also was preceded in death by a son: Dwayne Edward (Brenda) Leutzinger; a daughter: Mary Josephine (Gerald) Becker; a granddaughter: Katherine Elise Leutzinger; and a sister: Mary Francis (Donald) Smith.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 4) at SS Peter and Paul Church, 204 W. Mill St., Waterloo, Ill., with Father Evaristus Akabueze officiating. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois, 305 S. Illinois St., Belleville, Ill., 62220, or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo, Ill.
