Oliver Joseph-Lee Whaley was born and died May 24, 2017, at Mercy hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Oliver was the son of Joseph and Britney Whaley of Festus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers: Owen Whaley of Festus and Gabriel Willameck of Ste. Genevieve; a sister: Zoey Whaley of Festus; his grandparents: Dana Day of Ste. Genevieve, Tracy (Matt Hombrat) Whaley of St. Louis and Jay (Missey) Whaley of Ste. Genevieve; his great-grandparents: Linda Lacey of Ste. Genevieve, Jerry Lacey of St. Louis and Daryl and Joyce Bradshaw of Ste. Genevieve; special friends, Michael (Sarah) Alford of Festus and Donna Alford of Festus; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather: Brian DeRousse.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
