Jeremiah Malik Williams, 24, of Arnold is accused of sexually assaulting a girl, who was younger than 18, over a seven-month period. He allegedly provided marijuana and alcohol to the girl and recorded the alleged assault, court records show.
Williams has been charged with felony counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and sexual exploitation of a minor and a misdemeanor charge of furnishing pornographic material to a minor. He was arrested on June 4, and as of June 9, he was being held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, court and jail records said.
According to a probable-cause statement filed by Arnold Police, Williams sexually assaulted the girl from June through December 2025. He allegedly sent the girl pornographic pictures of himself and videos of him sexually assaulting the girl.
Williams would provide the girl marijuana and alcohol until she would vomit. The girl would not remember the sexual encounters because she was intoxicated, the report said.
Williams was allegedly found in bed with a juvenile, who was 15 years old or younger, when investigators executed a search warrant on June 3 at his Arnold home. It is not clear in the report if the child found in bed with Williams was the alleged victim.
The probable-cause statement also said Williams is the subject of two other criminal investigations involving juvenile victims.
