Richard “Dickie” Bradford, 78, of Palmer, Alaska, died June 24, 2023, in Palmer. Mr. Bradford was born Aug. 9, 1944, in De Soto and graduated from DeSoto High School in 1963.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Pamela (Rogers); a daughter: Theresa (Mark) Savel; three grandchildren: Christina (Jeff Dolena) Savel, Forrest (Allye Brodie) Savel and Nathaniel (Leann Fitzpatrick) Savel; and two great-grandchildren: Evelyn and Brooke Dolena.
Memorial visitation will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at the Bradford home in Palmer. Mr. Bradford’s ashes will be spread on Matanuska Peak in the Chugach Range behind the home. Arrangements are under the direction of Kehl’s Legacy Funeral Home in Anchorage, Alaska, and Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto. Full obituary information is available on their websites.
