Phyllis Ann Rock, 71, of Ste. Genevieve died Sept. 15, 2023, at her home. Mrs. Rock was a homemaker. Born Dec. 24, 1951, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Velma Jean (Woods) and Wilson Hurt.
She is survived by her spouse: Louis Glen Rock of Ste. Genevieve; a daughter: Tammy (Mike) Sansoucie of Park Hills; two sons: Jody (Sarah) Rock of De Soto and Billy Joe Rock Sr. of Ste. Genevieve; 11 grandchildren: Donald James Arnett, Cassie Freeman, Kurt Webb, Glen Webb, Sarah Webb, Jason Webb Sr., Alyssa Rock, Ashlynn Rock, Billy Joe Rock Jr., Bentley Rock and Carson Rock; 19 great-grandchildren; three sisters; as well as many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Stacy Ann Arnett; a granddaughter: Kelsey Arnett; one great-grandson: Jason Webb Jr.; two sisters; and one brother.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto, officiated by Chaplain David Duncan. Burial is in the Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
