Joshua Raymond Hunt, 18, of Herculaneum died June 27, 2023, in Herculaneum. Joshua was a member of Crosspoint Church St. Louis. He enjoyed music, books, and movies, especially anything Marvel or D.C., and was an avid gamer. Born Oct. 30, 2004, in St. Louis, he was the son of Alyssa R. (Phillips) and Scott J. Hunt of Herculaneum.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister: Clarissa Holland of St. Louis; his cousin and best friend: Patrick; his grandmother: Wilma Phillips; his great-grandmother: Florence Cadamey; four uncles: James (Jennifer) Phillips Jr., David Hunt, Pat (Lourdes) Hunt and Gary (Dorothy) Hunt; six aunts: Sandy (Forrest Campbell) Davis, Sherry (Gary) Gendron, Fay Hunt, Janet (John) Ringenbach, Daphane Phillips and Clara Phillips; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death three grandparents: James Phillips Sr. and Raymond and Melba Hunt; and two uncles: Randy Hunt and Ray Hunt.
A memorial service will be held at Crosspoint Church at a later date. Memorials may be to the Open Door Animal Sanctuary in House Springs. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
