William Patrick “Bill” Drinnin Sr.,70, of Pevely died April 7, 2025, at his home. Mr. Drinnin worked as a landscape foreman for Haegele Nursery & Garden Center in South St. Louis County and was a long-time member of Gracelife Chapel in Pevely. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, fishing, camping, going on float trips and working in his yard. Born Dec. 5, 1954, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Frieda Mae (Smith) and William Samuel Drinnin.
He is survived by his wife: Beatrice L. (Crow) Drinnin; two sons: William Patrick (Crystal) Drinnin II of Riverside, Calif., and Kevin Ray Drinnin of Farmington; a sister: Debra L. Carr of De Soto; two sisters-in-law: Barbara Puetz of House Springs and Melissa White of Rolla; four grandchildren: Cassidi Jean Drinnin, Austin William Drinnin, Victoria Rene Drinnin and Mackenzie Rae Drinnin; a nephew: Kenny (Lisa) Franklin; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Michael (Gerri survives of Godfrey, Ill.) Barton.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
