William A. “Billy” DeClue Jr., 54, of Pevely died Feb. 17, 2026, at his home. Mr. DeClue was a third-generation worker in the DeClue Grave and Welding Service in Festus. Born April 22, 1971, in Crystal City, he was the son of the late Marla Dawn (Swift) Heiney and William A. DeClue Sr.
He is survived by his stepmother: Patricia (Woolbright) DeClue of Richwoods; two brothers: Charles “Stephen” (Tanya) DeClue of Richwoods and Nick Anderson of Arnold; a sister: Sandra A. (Carl) Harmon of Crystal City; a close friend: Tammy Payne; and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until services at noon today, Feb. 23, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Father Zach Povis. Burial will follow in Horine Cemetery in Richwoods. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
