Vivian Laverne (Covington) Berry, 75, of Cedar Hill died March 17, 2026, at her home. Ms. Berry enjoyed shopping, playing horseshoes, attending company picnics, watching her television programs, completing yard work and home renovation projects and spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and dedication. Born Nov. 13, 1950, in Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Hawks) and Jim Covington.
She is survived by a sister: Pat (Jim) Aubuchon; 12 nieces and nephews; 17 great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and a nephew.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until services at noon Friday, April 10, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill.
