Violet L. Nash, 94, of De Soto died Dec. 17, 2023, at her home. Born Feb. 13, 1929, in Thida, Ark., Mrs. Nash was the daughter of the late Rilla (Fuller) and Arthur Davidson.
She was preceded in death by her husband H.C. (Henry) Nash.
She is survived by three daughters: Carolyn (Jim) Willett of De Soto, Cathy Greenlee of De Soto and Betty (Norm) McClinton of De Soto; a son: Gary (Joan) Nash of Belton; 11 grandchildren: Jodie Nash, Denny Nash, Christa Willett, John Willett, David Greenlee, TJ Greenlee, Ryan McClinton, Benjamin McClinton, Sean McClinton, Keith Nash, and Sarah Burks; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Joy Epperson of Bradford, Ark. and Janet Rochner of Thida, Ark.
She also was preceded in death by a son: Larry Nash; two grandchildren: Kellie Willett and Jason Greenlee; a son-in-law: Jackie Greenlee; and four brothers: Dean Davidson, Marvin Davidson, Dale Davidson and W.A. Davidson.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral services at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto.
