Victoria Lee “Vicki” O’Harver, 55, of Festus died Sept. 7, 2025, at her home. Mrs. O’Harver worked in accounts payable for Vanguard Trucking. She loved doing crafts and was a lifelong member of the Jefferson Memorial VFW Post 3777 Auxiliary. Born June 27, 1970, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late James Ronald Todaro Sr. and Shirley Arlaine Todaro.
She is survived by her husband: James Douglas O’Harver of Festus; two sons: Andrew Lewis of St. Louis and Corey O’Harver of Farmington; a brother: James Ronald (Tanya) Todaro Jr. of Horine; three sisters: Laura Hite of Arnold, Terry Ballard of Hillsboro and Deborah Tishy of Imperial; three grandchildren: Gage, Summer and Jonas O’Harver; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Anthony O’Harver.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept.16, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
