Steven Mollard, 69, of Cedar Hill died Dec. 9, 2023, at his home. Mr. Mollard served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562. He loved his family more than anything. He enjoyed being at the lake with friends, boating and scuba diving. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his brothers and their Sunday morning coffee. He loved hanging out and doing different jobs with his best friend, Steve. Born Aug. 28, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas, he was the son of the late Gloria (Millstead) and Raymond Mollard.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years: Mary (Lammert) Mollard; two children: Jason (Donell) Mollard and Amy (Matt) Hilton; a son in law: Wally Thomas; six grandchildren: Elise (Cody) Baehmann, Paige (Collin) Thomas, Ava (Calvin) Cromer, Christian (Nikki) Hilton, Ethan (Geannie) Mollard and Allyson Hilton; three great-grandchildren: Cade Cromer, Wren Baehmann and Clara Cromer; and three brothers: Alan (Kay) Mollard, David (Chris) Mollard and Pat (Tracy) Mollard.
He was preceded in death by a daughter: Angela Thomas; a great-grandson: Colt Cromer; parents-in-law: Lawrence and Arleen Lammert; and a brother-in-law: Larry Lammert.
Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
