Stephanie M. Kaiser, 51, of De Soto died Feb. 26, 2026, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Kaiser was a homemaker. Born Jan. 5, 1975, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Robin (Puckett) Czapla and Steve Horn. She was the stepdaughter of the late Mark Czapla.
She is survived by her husband: Dale A. Kaiser of De Soto; seven children: Zachary (Ashley) Walsh of Hillsboro, Nathan (Shelby) Walsh of Hillsboro, Christopher Walsh of Hillsboro, Kimberly Walsh of Hillsboro, Cory Walsh of Hillsboro, Mattie Kaiser of Hillsboro and Brandi Kaiser of Versailles; seven grandchildren: Robin, Aiylah, Camdyn, Riley, Cooper, Jace and Gage; a great-grandchild: Aurora; a sibling: Randy (Erin) Czapla of Hillsboro; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. A funeral service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
