Sherry Gail Gaither, 73, of Arnold died Nov. 20, 2025, in St. Louis. Mrs. Gaither worked as a certified nursing assistant. Born June 26, 1952, in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Lindy) White and Thomas White.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years: Leonard Gaither.
She is survived by three children: Jason Gaither of St. Louis, Melissa (Keith) Adams of Festus and Angela James of Arnold; two siblings: Phillis Miles of Illinois and John (Lena) of High Ridge; seven grandchildren: Preston (Ashley) Adams of Imperial, Kaylee (Mike) Hooper of Arnold, Nickolaus Adams of Festus, James (Katelyn) James Jr. of High Ridge and Cody, Sage and Clara; two step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by three siblings: Michael White, Ed White and Steven White; two granddaughters: Brianna Pollard and Destiny James; and a grandson: Sky James.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
