Sharon Ann Coleman, 63, of Festus died March 6, 2024. Ms. Colman worked as a factory worker at the bottle plant in Pevely. She loved going to her grandchildren's sporting events, racing, and, most importantly, spending time with her family and friends. Born Jan. 6, 1961, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late Florence "Dede" (Grimshaw) and Samuel A. Coleman.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years: Robert "Kent" Wantland of Festus; a daughter: Robyn L. (Nathan) Walsh of Festus; two brothers: Timothy G. (Geralyn) Coleman of Sumter, S.C., and Joseph A. (Vicky Sherman) Coleman of Crystal City; a sister: Susan M. (Jeff Martin) Coleman of Mount Vernon, Iowa; two stepsons: Rob S. Wantland of Festus and Jeff K. (Monique) Wantland of Springfield, Ill.; three grandchildren; six step grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter, 11433 Olde Cabin Road, St. Louis, 63141. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
