Sarah Beth (Keating) Kelmendi, 43, of Affton died Dec. 4, 2025, in Hillsboro. While Mrs. Kelmendi worked outside the home for many years, what she loved the most was being a homemaker and spending time with her family. Born July 5, 1982, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Paul and Lisa Keating.
She is survived by her husband: Saim Kelmendi, whom she married on June 11, 2000, in St. Louis; five children: Alex (Addison) Kelmendi, Jacob (Maddie) Kelmendi, Adelina Kelmendi, Nora Kelmendi and Sophia-Gianna Kelmendi; a grandson: Isaac Kelmendi; two siblings: Andrew (Kayla) Keating and Nick (Ashtin) Keating; a grandmother: Mary Thoma; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Albert Joseph Kelmendi; and a grandfather: Lester Thoma.
Visitation is scheduled from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, Robert Brown Chapel, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. A funeral Mass will follow at noon at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 703 Third St., in Hillsboro. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery. A luncheon will take place after the burial. Memorials may be made to Birthright in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Robert Brown Chapel.
