Sandy L. Ashlock, 70, of Imperial died June 17, 2025, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County. Mrs. Ashlock was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting and baking. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Imperial. Born Jan. 2, 1955, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William Stewart and Esther (Betz) Stewart.
She is survived by her husband of more than 51 years: Bruce Ashlock of Imperial; three sons: Bruce Ashlock Jr. of Imperial, James Ashlock of House Springs and David Ashlock of Barnhart; a daughter: Heather Ashlock of Imperial; two brothers: Michael (Barb) Stewart of St. Charles and William (Cindy) Stewart of St. Louis; two grandchildren: Nathan and Justice; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Donald Stewart.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 26, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
