Ruth Anna Douglas, 82, of Bonne Terre died Oct. 20, 2025. Mrs. Douglas was a homemaker and a member of Agape Faith Church, where she loved working with the youth group. She could often be found tending to her yard and enjoyed camping, fishing, sewing and spending time with her family. She was known as a fantastic cook andwill be remembered for her faith, love, generosity and laughter. Born July 16, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Oman Harrison and Mavis Reagan Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Wilfred Douglas.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Darla and John Ketcherside; granddaughters: Ashley and Rachel; four great-grandchildren: Avery, Mallory, Hadley and Brianna; a brother and sister-in-law: Paul and Pauline Harrison; and a sister: Darlene Bess.
She was also preceded in death by a son: Alan Douglas.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until a service at noon Saturday, Oct. 25, at Agape Faith Church, 3255 Hwy. V, in De Soto, officiated by Pastor Mel and Carol Spreckelmeyer. Burial will follow in Adams Hillcrest Cemetery in Bonne Terre. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
