Ruth Ann (Nahlik) Conley, 86, of Fenton died Aug. 8, 2025. Mrs. Conley was known for her hard work, especially at St. Patrick’s Old Rock Church. She also was known as a fun-loving grandmother and friend. She enjoyed boat rides at the lake, playing her accordion and dancing with her husband. She looked forward to her monthly Northwest alumni luncheons (Class of 1957) and monthly cousins’ luncheons. She will be remembered for her zest for life and for making those around her smile. Born March 20, 1939, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William D. and Eleanor (Leicht) Nahlik.
She is survived by her husband: Robert Conley; two children: Julie (Jerry) Jenicek and Lori (Bill) Gross; six grandchildren: Faith, Mitchell, Milo, Matus, Keaton and Kaiden; a great-grandchild: Eleanor; a great-granddaughter to be; and a sibling: Kathleen (Jim) Sutton.
She was preceded in death by a brother: William B. Nahlik.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A funeral ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 4696 Notre Dame Lane, in House Springs. Interment will immediately follow at St. Patrick’s Old Rock Church, 150 Rock Church Road, in Catawissa. A gathering for family and friends will follow at St. Patrick’s Old Rock Church.
