Ruby Jean Scott, 80, of Imperial died Dec. 28, 2023. Mrs. Scott grew up in Lepanto, Ark. She retired from the Missouri Highway Patrol. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Arnold. Born Feb 22, 1943, in Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Ruth and Jean Tyler.
She is survived by her husband: Phillip R. Scott of Imperial; four children: Tony (Andra) Angle of Pacific, David (Tonia) Angle of St. Louis, Steve Angle of Cadet and Lisa Angle of Imperial; two sisters: Erma Rogers of Little Rock, Ark. and Sharon Jarvis of Belgrade; and two brothers; Tim Tyler of Jonesboro, Ark. and Larry Tyler of Water Valley, Miss.; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold.
