Rosie Mae (Casteel) Perry, 85, of Crystal City died Oct. 18, 2023. Mrs. Perry was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Ironton. Born Feb. 23, 1938, in Arcadia, she was the daughter of the late Louie and Elva (Persons) Casteel.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Vernon Tidwell and William Perry.
She is survived by a daughter: Veronica (Jerry) Taylor of Hillsboro; three sons: Edward, David and Timothy (Annette) Tidwell, all of Crystal City; a daughter-in-law: Debra Tidwell of Fenton; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by two sons: Kenneth Tidwell Sr. and Gary Tidwell; and a granddaughter: Tamara Tidwell.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Drive, in Festus. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the St. Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
