Ronald Joseph Greil, 75, of Barnhart died Jan. 3, 2024, at his home. Mr. Greil worked as a carpenter. He loved spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, gardening and raising farm animals. Born Jan. 21, 1948, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Mable (West) Crismon and Joseph Greil.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years: Dianna (Bunch) Greil; two children: Jason (Kerry) Greil of Dittmer and Jeremy (Karen) Greil of Imperial; five grandchildren: Morgan Greil of Dittmer, Liam Greil of Dittmer, Cameron Kettler of Imperial, Connor Kettler of Imperial and Bella Kettler of Imperial; as well as many brothers and sisters in Missouri and in other states.
A memorial service is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a eulogy starting at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Kutis South County chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
