Rob Richman, 64, of Blackwell died Feb. 4, 2026, at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto. Mr. Richman was a special projects manager at Missouri Baptist University. He was a member of First Baptist Church-De Soto and a member of the Praise Band. He enjoyed playing the guitar and riding horses. Born Jan. 9, 1962, in St. Louis, he was the son of J.B. Richman of Cash, Okla., and the late Verla (Smith) Richman.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife: Joy (Fowler) Richman of Blackwell; two children: Jim (Christy) Richman of De Soto and Nick (Macee) Richman of De Soto; three grandchildren: Emerson, Easton and Everly; and two siblings: John (Anna) Richman of Cash, Okla., and Renee (Craig) Desiato of Maryland Heights.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at First Baptist Church-De Soto, 2000 Grace Way. Interment will be in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
