Riley Weldon Lowe, 91, of Imperial died Feb. 17, 2026, in St. Louis. Mr. Lowe served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. He was a member of Grace Free Will Baptist Church. Born June 26, 1934, in Arbyrd, he was the son of the late Thelma (Read) Lowe and William Lowe.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years: Patricia (Osborn) Lowe.
He is survived by two children: Terry (Ronald) Skief of Forsyth and Ronnie (Renee') Lowe of Imperial; five grandchildren: Daniel (Meghan) Skief of Washington, Lauren (Joe) Ruma of Webster Groves, Ryan (Goldie) Lowe of Herculaneum, Ross (Lauren) Lowe of Imperial and Rachel Lowe of Imperial; eight great-grandchildren: Lucas, Jackson, Samuel, Colton, Riley, Joey, Lincoln and Finn.
He also was preceded in death by five siblings: Billye Francis Fitzwater, Tommy Lowe, Jerry Lowe, Joe Don Lowe and Nelda Smith.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. Visitation will resume from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at Grace Free Will Baptist Church, 2258 Tenbrook Road, in Arnold, officiated by Jackson Watts. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
