Breedlove, Rebecca

Rebecca Annette “Corky” Breedlove, 66, of St. Louis died Nov. 23, 2025, at Riverview at the Park Nursing Center in Ste. Genevieve. Ms. Breedlove worked as a pharmacy technician for numerous years and was known for her warm heart and the way she made those around her feel cared for. She enjoyed fishing, going to the beach and relaxing with a cold beer. Most of all, she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her love of life and people, and for rarely being seen without a smile. Born Nov. 23, 1959, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Nora (Edwards) Smith and the late Roy Smith.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children: Andrew Breedlove and Amy Breedlove; two siblings: Linda Breedlove (Timothy) and Sheila Smith; nieces and nephews: Eric, Johnny, Bridgett, Michael, Tonya, Rhonda and Michael; and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters: Janice Smith and Kim Smith; three brothers: Michael Smith, Mark Smith and Terry Smith; and a nephew: Bradley Breedlove.

Per Ms. Breedlove’s wishes, no formal services will be held. Arrangements were under the direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel and Crematory in Farmington.
