Patricia A. White, 87, of De Soto died July 13, 2026, at her home. Mrs. White and her husband built a successful family business, Custom Guttering. They were also a founding family of Life Christian Church in De Soto. Born June 30, 1939, in Greenway, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lennie (Sherfield) Gray.
She is survived by her husband: Luther White of De Soto; three children: Sheila Bowling of De Soto, Nathan (Tammra) White of De Soto and Michael Jackson of De Soto; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a close friend: Faye Hovis.
She was preceded in death by two sons: Tommy (Reta survives) White and Billy (Michelle survives) Gaddy; a son-in-law: Derry Bowling; and a sister: Betty (Jim) Forest.
A funeral service was held July 17 at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Ark. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
