Norma Jean (McClanahan) Sellers, 90, of Imperial died April 25, 2024. Mrs. Sellers was a resident of Jefferson County for 60 years. Born Oct. 25, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Myrtle Agnes (Ellis) and Arthur Paul McClanahan.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Fred L. Sellers.
She is survived by five children: Nancy Devore, Barbara (Rick) Hittler, Tom (Jeanne) Sellers, Craig (Launa) Sellers and Kevin (Stacy) Sellers; three siblings: Ruth Ann (the late Kenneth) Ferrell, Paula (Dennis) Huff and Doris (the late Sherwood) Conway; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by two children: Rick (Alice) Sellers and Robert "Bob" Sellers; three siblings: Wilma (Ivan) McCutheon, Elmer (Carrie) McClanahan and Joseph (Mary) McClanahan; and grandparents: Ida Belle (Parker) and John Ellis and Sarrah (Bannister) and Joseph McClanahan.
Visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until a funeral service at 11 a.m. today, April 30, at Fey Funeral Home, 4100 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Burial will follow in Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fey Funeral Home.
