Norma Christine “Chris” Cuddy, 84, of High Ridge died Dec. 27, 2025. Ms. Cuddy was active in her community and once served as president of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 4105. Born April 11, 1941, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. White and Martha E. (Thweat) Chaney.
She is survived by her former husband and friend: Richard J. Cuddy of Pevely; three children: Kathy (John) Donovan of High Ridge, Donald Cuddy of Pevely and Cindy (Steve) Richards of De Soto; nine grandchildren: Heather, Nichole, Shawn, Steven, Kevin, Stefany, Belle, Chase and Evan; 10 great-grandchildren: Logan, McKenzie, Ava, Austin, Cruz, Tucker, Wyatt, Hunter, Rayland and Ethan; two siblings: Joseph (Teresa) Chaney and Thomas (Teresa) Chaney; her significant other: Robert “Bob” Boyce of High Ridge; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Richard J. Cuddy Jr.; and a grandson: Kenneth “Kenny” Richards.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until services at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A committal service will follow at 2 p.m. in Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
