Nancy Jane (Owens) Howald, 82, of Eureka died Feb. 23, 2024, at her home. Mrs. Howald was active in charity work and enjoyed gardening, playing bocce ball, entertaining, golfing and spending time with her family and friends. She was born July 26, 1941, in St. Louis.
She is survived by her husband: John W. Howald; stepchildren; a brother; a sister; a sister-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life is scheduled from 2 until 6 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at the Legends Country Club, 625 Legends Parkway, in Eureka. Memorials may be made to NIOBY (Not in Our Back Yard – Eureka). Arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home and Crematorium in Ballwin.
