Michael Alan Hunot, 56, of Farmington died Jan. 31, 2024, in St. Francois County. Born Aug. 15, 1967, in St. Louis, Mr. Hunot was the son of Linda C. (Cross) Hunot of Valles Mines and the late James P. Hunot Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son: Andrew T. Hunot of Columbia; a brother: James P. Hunot Jr. of Valles Mines; and many other family members and friends.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a memorial service at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home’s Chapel, 220 N. Main, in De Soto, officiated by Ron Kulp. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
