Mary Alice Braswell, 80, of Dittmer died Nov. 7, 2025. Mrs. Braswell was known for her love and loyalty, which she shared with family and friends, and will be remembered for the care she showed others. She was passionate about her dogs and horses. She enjoyed being a real estate agent and meeting new clients. A Jehovah's Witness, she loved practicing and learning about her faith. She was born Oct. 21, 1945.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Truman.
She is survived by a brother: Joseph; a niece: Samantha; a nephew: Tony; her close friends of more than 50 years: Pat, Glenda and Penny; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by her mother: Lucille; and a sister: Kathleen.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6120 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A dinner will follow the service at 2:30 p.m. at Arrowhead Event Facility, 8333 Hwy. B, in Cedar Hill.
