Marilyn Ann (Baron) Clark, 77, of Eureka died Oct. 7, 2026, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Mrs. Clark was known for her love, creativity, generosity and devotion to family. She loved crafting, painting and expressing her creativity in countless ways. She loved baking, especially the extraordinary birthday cakes she created for her grandchildren, which were considered imaginative works of art, designed and crafted to celebrate each grandchild's unique personality. She will be remembered for her kind and generous nature, her willingness to put others before herself and for lending a helping hand, offering encouragement or providing comfort to those in need. Born Nov. 1, 1948, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late John and Aurea Baron.
She is survived by her husband: Evan Clark; two daughters: Dawn (Ray) Gaither and Julie (Steve) Burt; four grandchildren: Ben Gaither, Evan Gaither, Brody Burt and Bristol Burt; three step-grandchildren, Madison Skorcz, Raymond Gaither III and Holly Neff; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Vivian Zimmers; and a brother: Gregory Baron.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at Schrader Funeral Home, 108 N. Central Ave., in Eureka. Visitation will resume from 10 a.m. until a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at Most Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 350 E. Fourth St., in Eureka. Interment will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to Mid America Transplant. Arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home.
