Lee Ray Snider, 91, of De Soto died Sept. 30, 2025, in Festus. Mr. Snider was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and, after his service, he worked many years for the City of Webster Groves in its Parks Department, from which he later retired. Born Sept. 24, 1934, in Campbell, he was the son of the late Ruford and Dorothy (Lee) Snider.
He is survived by his wife of more than 60 years: Jenette (Proctor) Snider; a son: Tracy (Sheri) Snider; two grandchildren: Matthew and Kaitlin Snider; and many other family members and friends.
A committal service with military honors is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Robert Brown Chapel, in Hillsboro.
