Joan G. Rogers, 91, of Festus died June 17, 2024, at de Greeff Hospice House in St. Louis County. Born Sept. 28, 1932, in Hermann, Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Gertrude (Wotipka) and Roy Mundwiller.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Cleon Rogers.
She is survived by a daughter: Thalia (Gregory) Costello of De Soto; and 10 nieces and nephews: Elizabeth, Karen, Beth, Eric, Steve, Carol, Lisa, Cherie, Peter and Missey.
She also was preceded in death by a son: Tharon David Rogers; three siblings: Gene (Joan survives) Mundwiller, Audrey Vreeland and Carl Mundwiller.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, June 21, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Chaplain Gary Boyer. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to the Festus Public Library. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
