Jill L. Neisler, 57, of Festus died Nov. 20, 2024, at her home. Ms. Neisler was a 1985 graduate of De Soto High School, a 1989 graduate of the University of Central Missouri and worked as a Realtor at CBG for the last 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing with her many pets, shopping at Goodwill and celebrating those around her. Born April 8, 1967, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Lois (Bohn) of Herculaneum and the late Orville Douglas.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children: Kacie Neisler of Festus and Alex (Brooke) Neisler of St. Charles; a sister: Hope (the late Jeff) DeClue of Festus; two nieces: Emily and Miranda DeClue of Festus; a great-niece: Harper DeClue; a nephew: Kelton Douglas of Hillsboro; her former husband: Hal Neisler of Festus; and good friend: Kenny Decker.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Joe (Kelley survives of Hillsboro) Douglas; a nephew: Jake Douglas; and an aunt: Barbara Douglas.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Michael Barton. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
