James Sagos, 76, of Cedar Hill died Nov. 21, 2024. Mr. Sagos enjoyed watching movies, fishing and spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be remembered for the warmth and love he shared with family and friends. Born April 6, 1948, in New Madrid, he was the son of the late Hershel Edgar and Lavern (Lane) Sagos.
He is survived by his wife: Christine (Carter) Sagos; six children: Scott (Kimberly) Bassham, Tricia (Dan) Theissen, Callie (Ron) Goodnick, Darla (Chester) Lansford, Scott (Kelly) Holland and Jerry Holland; a sister: Joanie (Paul) Huff; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a grandchild.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Cremation Society of St. Louis.
