Isaac James Baum, 2, of Festus died May 28, 2024. Isaac was a fun-loving boy who loved playing in water, especially at the creek or in the shower. He also enjoyed playing with his cars, throwing stuff, picking up any stick he could find and running around in his diaper. Born Sept. 28, 2021, in Crystal City, he was the son of Michael Paul Baum of Festus.
In addition to his father, he is survived by four aunts: Margie (Dennis) Ross of Pevely, Mary (Mike Pruitt) Hill of De Soto, Marcia Baum of St. Louis and Michelle Western of Viburnum; his grandmother: Anita Parmeley of Festus; and many other family members and friends.
Isaac died the same day as his sister: Scarlet Parmeley-Daugherty; and was preceded in death by his grandmother: Wanda Ann Stevens.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Drive, in Festus, officiated by Chad Smith. Burial will follow in Peaceful Ridge Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
