Helen June Patterson, 98, of Elvins died Dec. 18, 2025, at Delmar Gardens of Meramec Valley. Mrs. Patterson was known for her love of family and for having lived a full life. She was born on June 24, 1927, in Elvins.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years: Donald Carl Patterson.
She is survived by four children: Jane Ann Brandt, Randall Harvey (Lynne) Patterson, Nancy Carol Kemper and Michele Lee Patterson; six grandchildren: Don (Debbie) Brandt, Drew (Jeni) Brandt, Carla (Jeff) Schmidt, Blaire Misiaszek, Ryan (Lauren) Patterson and Erica Kemper; eight great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 221 Brierton Lane, in Festus. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Christian Childcare and Preschool, 19 N. Third St., Festus, 63028. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
