Helaine I. Huskey, 60, of De Soto died May 5, 2025, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County. Mrs. Huskey worked in the deli at the Festus Walmart. Born Dec. 20, 1964, in Bonne Terre, she was the daughter of Anna (Cravens) Ramo of De Soto and the late Alfred Ramo.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Eric Lee Huskey.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a child: Lindsey (Jessie) Huskey of De Soto; a half-brother: Michael Simms of Parma; two half-sisters: Joyce Thebeau of De Soto and Marie (the late Fritz) Campbell of De Soto; and a grandchild: Harper Huskey of De Soto.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday, May 12, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N Main, in De Soto. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, at the funeral home, officiated by Terry Crank. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
