Harold Wayne Williams, 85, of Piedmont, formerly of Herculaneum, died June 25, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. Mr. Williams retired as a pipefitter for Chrysler in Fenton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of First United Methodist Church, the American Legion Post 253 and the Festus/Crystal City Elks Lodge 1721. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, bowling, boating, eating barbecue and being outdoors. Born Feb. 9, 1940, in Herculaneum, he is the son of the late Eloise (Easter) and Leroy Stuart Williams Sr.
He is survived by his wife: Deborah (Boyer) Williams of Piedmont; a son: Christopher (Renee) Williams of Piedmont; two granddaughters: Brittany (Codey) Rineberg of Festus and Kaylee Williams of Bonne Terre; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Leroy S. Williams Jr., Donald Williams and Avard Williams; and four sisters: Bernice Maracna, Ruth Huddleston, Norma Evans and Wilma Williams.
Private services will be at a later date. Burial will be at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
