Donald E. Haley, 68, of Eureka died Feb. 4, 2024, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Mr. Haley enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycling with friends and vacationing at Lake of the Ozarks and the beach. He loved animals, especially his dog, Reba. Born Dec. 15, 1955, in Overland, he was the son of the late Lousetta (Bakemeier) and Richard Haley Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Debra (Knight) Haley; a child: Angie Haley; three grandchildren: Trenton, Luke and Alexander Trankler; a sibling: Bruce Haley; a mother-in-law: Sara Knight; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a child: Matthew Haley; a sibling: Richard Haley Jr.; and a father-in-law: Vearl Knight.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb.9, at Central Baptist Church, 601 N Central Ave., in Eureka. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home in Eureka.
