Meyer, Deborah A.

Deborah Ann Meyer, 74, of Imperial died May 12, 2026. Mrs. Meyer was a member of MENSA International and NAMI. She and her husband attended St. John's Beloved Disciple Catholic Church for 50 years. Throughout the years, she worked as a project manager at various places throughout St. Louis, including Audubon Apartments, St. Anthony's Hospital, Washington University, BJC and NAMI. She was like a mom to her brothers and sisters in many ways and was the leader in the family, making sure others were taken care of. She and her husband also enjoyed traveling, boating and spending time with family and friends. She was an avid reader, loved to play games, cook and was a fantastic baker. She was known for her positive outlook on life, smile, kindness, optimism and her laughter. Born Jan. 19, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Rita A. and Glen E. Williams.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years: Thomas A. Meyer.

She is survived by two sisters: Christine M. (Darcy) Remorin and Marcella R. Massengale; four brothers: Stephen E. (the late Michelle) Williams, Gary M. (Lori) Williams, David J. (Teri) Williams and Glen T. (Lesa) Williams; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and numerous friends.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Friday, May 22, at Ste. Genevieve Catholic Church, 49 Dubourg Place, in Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in Valle Spring Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve. Memorials may be made to NAMI, 12125 Woodcrest Exec Drive, Suite 205, St. Louis, Operation Food Search, 1644 Lotsie Blvd., St. Louis, 63132, or the American Heart Association, 12400 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, 63141. Arrangements are under the direction of Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.
