Dale Christopher Richardson, 73, of Festus died Feb. 24, 2024, at his home. Mr. Richardson was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the American Legion. Born Nov. 8, 1950, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Florence (Curtis) and Carl Richardson.
He is survived by his wife: Michelle (Reece) Richardson; two children: Christopher (Dr. Jenny) Richardson of Chesterfield and Karla Richardson of Tustin, Calif.; two siblings: Pat (Rhea) Richardson of Spokane, Wash., and Liz (Tim) Stedelin of Crystal City; and two grandchildren: Ari Richardson and Aiden Richardson.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, March 2, at Good News Community Church, 2793 US-61, in Festus. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Stray Rescue of St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
