Cheryl Ann Reed, 65, of Barnhart died March 2, 2026. Mrs. Reed worked as an LPN for Woodlands of Arnold for more than 31 years. She was a member of Gracelife Chapel in Pevely. She loved animals and all things Baby Yoda. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, being outdoors, watching birds and her wind chimes and, most of all, spending time with family. Born Feb. 3, 1961, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Sharon Nabe.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Lee Reed.
She is survived by a daughter: Lindsey Nicole (Bryan) Webber of Barnhart; a brother: Red (Jane) Ziegelmeyer of Fla.; two sisters: Christina (Chuck) Bright of Hillsboro and Shelly (Mark) Stocker of House Springs; a granddaughter: Gracie Webber; four nieces: Amanda (Kyle), Nikki (Nick), Savanna and Macey; a nephew: Marcus; three great-nephews: Grayson, David and Cameron; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Justin Nuss; and a brother: Mike (Janet) Ziegelmeyer.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Friday, March 6, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus. Memorials may be made to the ASPCA at aspca.org. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
