Brinda Sue Doak, 77, of Arnold died June 10, 2026. Mrs. Doak was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and spending time with her family and her dog, Toby. Born Feb. 3, 1949, in Broseley, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ora (Horn) Smith.
She was preceded in death by her first husband: George Schmitt; and her second husband: Harry Doak.
She is survived by two children: George (Denise) Schmitt and Kim (Ed) Bohnert; nine grandchildren: Connor (Jenna Accardi) Schmitt, Ed (Madison) Bohnert, Garrett Schmitt, Katie Bohnert, Ryan Doak, Michael Doak Jr., Kasey (Matt) Budde, Mandy Jadallah and Tony Luevanos; two great-grandchildren: Sami Jadallah and Kaiden Budde; two sisters: Linda Buchanan and Shirley Garner; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 3-7 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A funeral service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 15, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
