Brenda JoAnn (Pease) Thread, 62, of Richwoods died Aug. 14, 2026, in St. Louis. Mrs. Thread was a homemaker for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed thrifting, shopping, bowling, traveling, crafting, playing bingo and spending time with her kids, grandkids and family. Born April 21, 1964, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Bill Pease and Betty (Bracken) Pease.
She is survived by her husband: Anthoney William "Andy" Thread of Richwoods; a son: Logan Culson of Richwoods; a daughter: Cadence Conway of Potosi; a brother: Billy Pease Jr. of Richwoods; four grandchildren: Kinsley Culson, Coraline Conway, Ruger Conway and Cailey Conway; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law: Steve and Sherill Pease.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until funeral services at noon Saturday, Aug. 22, at Mahn Funeral Home, De Soto Chapel, 900 N. Main St., in De Soto. Interment will follow in Horine Cemetery in Richwoods. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
