Bobby Dale Allen, 64, of Festus died Sept. 24, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mr. Allen was a skilled and dedicated carpenter, known for his craftsmanship and work ethic. He had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and, most of all, spending time with his children and grandchildren. Born Sept. 6, 1961, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Jackie Dale Allen and Doris Cozette (Hurley) Allen.
He is survived by three daughters: Shawna (Norman) Hodge of De Soto, Melanie-Anne (Adam) Spoth of Festus and Courtney (Chris) Steel of De Soto; 12 grandchildren: Colby, Ethan, Bailey, Ronald, Haydn, Michelle, Collin, Carson, Skyler, Clayton, Rheanna and Hunter; his girlfriend: Coy Smith of Festus; the mother of his children: Wendy Allen of De Soto; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
