Archie Dale Deck, 78, of Imperial died Oct. 4, 2025. Mr. Deck retired from Chrysler. He was a U.S. Army veteran and an avid car guy who enjoyed fishing, boating, spending time with his dog, Tootsie, and, in more recent years, reconnecting with family. Born Oct. 25, 1946, in Glen Allen, he was the son of the late Helen McCall and Gilbert Deck.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years: Judy Deck of Imperial; three children: Mark (Eve) Deck of Kansas City, Danielle (Mike) Deck of Festus and Jackie Adamson of St. Louis; two grandchildren: Hannah Denbow of Kansas City and Seth Denbow of St. Louis; a sibling: Bessie (Thomas) Wall of Jackson; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Glenda Wall and Delores Bridges; and a brother: Norman Deck.
A celebration of life is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel, 203 Bass St., in Marble Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutchings-Pendergrass Funeral Chapel.
